The Ventair Brook 3-in-1 Bathroom Unit delivers a complete ventilation and heating solution, combining powerful exhaust performance, instant infrared warmth, and efficient LED lighting all in a sleek white fascia. Designed for Australian homes, this unit is perfect for maintaining a comfortable, moisture-free bathroom environment year-round.
Equipped with 2 x 275W infrared heat globes, a 10W LED centre downlight (4000K), and a high airflow extraction rate of 360 m3/h, the Ventair Brook provides fast heating, energy-efficient illumination, and strong humidity control. The integrated long-life ball bearing motor ensures quiet, durable operation, while the included 3-gang wall switch, 150mm x 3m aluminium duct, and fixed grille simplify installation.
Ideal for small to medium-sized bathrooms, this IPX4-rated unit offers reliable protection against splashing water, making it safe for ceiling installation in wet areas. A minimum cavity depth of 220mm is required.
