Fantech Rapid Response 250HP Ultra Quiet Ceiling Exhaust Fan

The Fantech Rapid Response 250HP is one of the most powerful and quiet ceiling-mounted exhaust fans in its class, delivering exceptional airflow and low-noise performance for high-moisture environments such as bathrooms and ensuites. Designed with an advanced impeller and housing structure, this model ensures maximum extraction with minimal air resistance, operating at just 37 dB(A) while moving 349 m3/h of air.

This unit is ideal for both new installations and retrofits, fitting directly into a standard 10 ceiling cut-out. It comes equipped with a low-resistance non-return backdraft damper, preserving thermal efficiency and preventing airflow reversal. The sealed-for-life ball bearing motor ensures long-term reliability, while high-strength swing clips and a removable spigot make for a quick and secure installation.

Choose from round or square grilles in a modern low-sheen finish (sold separately), with square grilles offering rotatable alignment to suit any ceiling orientation.

For enhanced control, a run-on timer model (RESPF150T) is also available, allowing adjustable operation between 315 minutes after the fan is switched off.

Installation

Fan Body

1. Rotate swing clips to hold the fan body in place.
2. Tighten screws so clips clamp onto ceiling board.

Long clip-in spigot makes installation & duct connection easier.
