The Fantech Rapid Response 250HP with Run-On Timer (RESPF150T) is a premium ceiling-mounted exhaust fan delivering exceptional airflow performance and whisper-quiet operation. Built for high-humidity zones such as bathrooms and ensuites, this model combines aerodynamic engineering with intelligent post-use ventilation control.

This model includes a 315 minute adjustable run-on timer, allowing the fan to continue ventilating even after the light switch or wall controller is turned offideal for effectively removing lingering moisture and odours. With a powerful 349 m3/h airflow and operating at just 37 dB(A), the fan is both effective and discreet.

Designed for fast and simple installation, the unit features high-strength swing clips, a removable spigot, and is compatible with standard O10 ceiling cut-outs. The low-resistance backdraft damper helps prevent unwanted airflow return, while sealed-for-life ball bearing motor technology ensures quiet, long-lasting performance.

Match it with a round or rotatable round/square grille (sold separately) in modern low-sheen finishes to suit your bathroom aesthetic.

Installation

Fan Body

1. Rotate swing clips to hold the fan body in place.
2. Tighten screws so clips clamp onto ceiling board.

Long clip-in spigot makes installation & duct connection easier.
